SUPPLEMENTATION 101

EMMA BROOKS-DOWSET.

I have been in the Beauty industry for 20 years, I started my career working in spas and salons which I loved but was soon hungry to get back into the classroom, I always knew education was my happy place so I went and did my teaching degree, that was then called DTTLs.

I got a Job teaching NVQ 3 in college whilst still working as a practicing therapist in Harvey Nichols London to keep my skill set up. It was then that I moved over to the iiaa starting as a skin analyst 12 years ago before moving over into the education department, where I am now a course content writer/project developer. Education and skin health is what drives me, its such a complex fascinating organ and with the right tools and education we have an incredible opportunity to affect change and have a genuinely positive impact on peoples lives. 

Over those 20 years I have also acquired a dog, Husband and 2 year old little girl but not entirely relevant!
